Oscar King was arrested October 7, 1984 in Kansas City at Anderson and Belmont Streets when the vehicle he was driving was observed straddling traffic lanes and crossing the center line of the roadway on Chouteau Trafficway. King displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, King was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .16 percent.
