Defendant, Michael J. Will, appeals the judgment entered on his convictions by a jury of first degree criminal trespass and harassment. We affirm.

The court instructed the jury on the charges of first degree criminal trespass and harassment. At defendant's request, the court also instructed the jury on the offense of criminal mischief, a lesser non-included offense of the first degree criminal trespass offense.
