Cathy Ann Davis was arrested October 9, 1984 in Kansas City after the vehicle she was driving was observed weaving between traffic lanes. Davis displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, Davis was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .14 percent.
