On June 11, 1985, an opinion was entered in this case reversing and remanding with directions for entering judgment and assessing damages for frivolous appeal on the motion of the plaintiff-respondent. The Supreme Court, on September 12, 1985, transferred the case to the Supreme Court. A motion for damages for frivolous appeal was filed in the Supreme Court.
