Ronald Leroy Gamm was arrested October 19, 1984 in Kansas City after the vehicle he was driving was observed to cross the center line of the roadway into the path of oncoming traffic and to proceed to the highway shoulder and return. Gamm displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, Gamm was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .17 percent.
