Michael L. Molthan was arrested September 22, 19841 at 90th and Blue Ridge in Kansas City after he was observed to have violated a traffic signal at 87th and Blue Ridge. Molthan displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, Molthan was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .16 percent.
