HUG, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal and cross-appeal from the district court's bench trial. On the substantive claims, the district court held that two employees were unlawfully discharged in violation of 29 U.S.C. § 215(a)(3) (1982), and that two other employees were not discharged unlawfully. The district court awarded back wages and post-judgment interest, but not at the rate of interest established by 28 U.S.C. § 1961(a) (1982). No pre-judgment interest...
