Ruthie M. Robertson was arrested October 18, 1984 in Kansas City at I-435 and 89th Street when the automobile she was driving was observed weaving in the traffic lanes and driving off of the roadway. Robertson displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, it was found that Robertson's blood alcohol concentration was .202 percent.
