Plaintiff, Michael Wood, appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of defendant, Cambridge Mutual Fire Insurance Company, in plaintiff's action for damages as a result of personal injuries sustained in a fall in the front yard of the home plaintiff was leasing from the defendant's insured.
