This is a suit for personal injury damages. Plaintiff, Mary Newman Henry, injured during her employment at a private residence owned by defendant homeowners, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Kidder (Kidder), sued the Kidders and their homeowners' insurer, Safeco Insurance Company of America (Safeco).
