This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from a final order dismissing their complaint in a negligence action brought against Dade County.

The complaint alleged that the plaintiffs' minor, Carla Chester, was hit by a passing car when she crossed the street after getting ice cream from an ice cream truck; that Dade County dispatched a public service agent to the accident scene to fill out an accident report; that the said agent negligently filled out...
