We have before us three consolidated appeals. Their common nexus is a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County at which appellant, Dana Romero Tinnen, was convicted of and sentenced for theft of an automobile, resisting arrest, and assault. Those judgments are the subject of his appeal in No. 842. The convictions in that case were the basis for revocation of Tinnen's probation in two other cases. The propriety of that action is the...
