COFFEY, Circuit Judge.
Keystone Consolidated Industries, Inc. appeals the district court's enforcement of an arbitrator's award requiring Keystone to make annual contributions to a pension plan pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement, even though the company had obtained a waiver of the minimum funding obligation imposed by Section 302 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1082.
