On July 6, 1984, plaintiff, B & L Engine Service, Inc. (hereafter B & L), filed suit against Susan L. Murrah, d/b/a K & S Trucking Company (hereafter K & S) seeking judgment for the sum of $3,806.00 as the cost of repairs allegedly performed on a 1981 Kenworth truck.
