This appeal arises from a personal injury suit brought by Leon and June Porter individually and as the next friends of their minor son, Brian K. Porter, who sustained personal injuries climbing an electric utility pole. The Superior Court action was filed on September 20, 1983, against Delmarva Power and Light Company ("Delmarva"), the City of Dover ("Dover"), International Telephone and Telegraph Corporation...
