This is an appeal from an order of eviction for nonpayment of rent in favor of the Housing Authority of the City of Montgomery (MHA).

On appeal to this court in May 1985, the evicted tenants presented several issues for our review. One of the issues raised was that the MHA's eviction notification policy was violative of their due process rights as guaranteed by the fourteenth amendment.
