MOTION FOR STAY ORDER

DOUCET, Judge.

The mover-appellant, Jesse Johnson, has motioned this court for a stay order, in order to prevent the Louisiana State Livestock Sanitary Board (Board), from inspecting the appellant's cattle on January 14, 1987.

The appellant obtained a Temporary Restraining Order, restraining proposed testing and identifying of his cattle that was to occur on October 15, 1986. The trial court held a hearing on October 15, 1986...
