This appeal is from the July 1, 1985 Order and Opinion of the Court of Chancery setting the amount of attorneys' fees and expenses to be paid by appellant I. Walton Bader, counsel for plaintiffs below, pursuant to the February 11, 1983 and June 11, 1984 Orders of the Court of Chancery, which imposed sanctions upon Mr. Bader for repeated failures to make and participate in discovery in the underlying stockholders...
