DUGGAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order recommitting appellant to Rusk State Hospital (Rusk) after a hearing on the trial court's motion pursuant to Tex.Code Crim.P.Ann. art. 46.03, sec. 4 (Vernon Supp.1986).
