This is a suit for wrongful discharge brought by an employee, Maria Guadalupe Vasquez, against her employer, Bannworths, Inc. The issue on this appeal is whether the district court abused its discretion in failing to order Bannworths, Inc. to rehire Mrs. Vasquez, who was wrongfully discharged because of her union affiliation.
