Ambassador Insurance Company, Inc. (Ambassador) and Ambassador Group, Inc. (Group)1 appeal a decision and judgment order of the Washington Superior Court directing the Vermont Commissioner of Banking and Insurance (Commissioner) to liquidate Ambassador, a Vermont-domiciled property and casualty insurance company. We affirm.
