This is a declaratory judgment action by the plaintiff liability insurer against the personal representatives of the estates of Kenneth House, Cynthia Rogers and Robert Kropp. House, plaintiff's insured, shot and killed Rogers, Kropp and himself while he was intoxicated. Plaintiff sought a declaration that its policy does not cover the deaths of Rogers and Kropp. The jury found for and judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff. Rogers' personal representative...
