This is an appeal from a judgment in a products liability action tried before a jury in the Windham Superior Court. The jury returned a verdict against defendants Twin State Fruit Corporation (Twin State) and Falstaff Brewing Corporation (Falstaff) in the sum of $100,000; the trial court entered judgment on the verdict. Judgment was entered against J. Karpinski's Market (Karpinski) on the basis of a settlement agreement between the plaintiff and Karpinski...
