The plaintiff in this personal injury action is Salvadore A. Marzula. The defendant is T.E. White, Jr., doing business as T.E. White Maintenance Company. Marzula appeals a judgment holding his negligence and that of his supervisor contributed 70% to the cause of his injury and applying comparative negligence to reduce the value of his claim by 70%.
