Defendant-appellant Bi-State Development Agency appeals from a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff-respondent Darryl Sykes, on respondent Sykes' petition for personal injury and property damage incurred as the result of a vehicular collision. The jury awarded Sykes $4,500 for personal injuries he sustained, and $900 for property damage to his car.
