Plaintiff Margaret Martin originally filed this lawsuit in 1984 (the 84 action) with two other party plaintiffs against Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Hartford-Springfield, Inc., ("PHS"), and Pepsi-Cola Bottling of New Haven, Inc.
