There are three issues involved in this appeal. The first is whether the trial court erred in refusing to suppress certain oral statements of the defendant which were transcribed by the police during the early hours of their investigation into the homicide of his wife. The second issue is whether the trial court erred in allowing the testimony of two witnesses regarding certain statements made by the defendant...
