This suit arises out of an accident involving a truck operated by plaintiff, John Jabbia, Sr., and an automobile driven by a minor, Richard L. Sanders. Plaintiff filed suit against Carl D. Sanders, the father of the minor; the father's insurance company, Republic-Vanguard Insurance Company; and Shelter Mutual Insurance Company, plaintiff's uninsured and underinsured motorist carrier.
