This is an appeal from a denial of a post-conviction relief petition. Appellant was originally convicted of Kidnapping, for which he received life imprisonment, Rape While Armed, for which he received twenty (20) years, and Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill, for which he received a two (2) to fourteen (14) year sentence.
