Defendant, Harold Norton, appeals his conviction, following jury trial, of involuntary manslaughter.

Defendant raises several issues on appeal. First, he claims that the trial court erred in denying defense motions to dismiss for lack of probable cause and for lack of prima facie case, and defense motion for judgment of acquittal.
