WALLACE, Circuit Judge:

Marathon Oil Company (Marathon) appeals from the district court's dismissal of its claims and from the entry of summary judgment and an injunction on the government's counterclaim that required it to pay production royalties on federal oil and gas leases based on a net back valuation formula. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a)(1), and we affirm.
