GARRISON, Judge.

This is an appeal from an unanimous 12 man jury verdict finding the defendant, Raymond Payton, guilty of attempted armed robbery under R.S. 14:27 and R.S. 14:64 for which he was sentenced to 49½ years at hard labor. It is also an appeal from a 10 to 2 jury verdict finding the defendant guilty of attempted second degree murder under R.S. 14:27 and R.S. 14:30.1, for which he was sentenced to 50 years at hard labor. The two counts run consecutively...
