The relators sue on behalf of themselves and eleven other persons who delivered grain to an elevator operated by Walker Farm Service, Inc. in Jamesport, Daviess County, Missouri. There is no assertion that the relators failed to comply with the legal requirements for maintenance of a representative suit.
