The litigants, Philippe and Yvonne, were once husband and wife. Their matrimonial bond was severed in late May 1971 with the entry of a final decree of divorce in the Family Court. The issue before us is the disposition of the matrimonial domicile, which is situated in the town of Cumberland on Cook Street.
