OPINION

BONNEY, J.

The issue presented on this appeal is whether the police officer involved had reasonable cause to detain defendant and investigate Page Supp. 7 to determine whether defendant was in violation of section 23152, subdivision (a) of the Vehicle Code.

We conclude that reasonable cause did exist and that the ensuing arrest was proper and, therefore, affirm the judgment.
