Kenneth Lamar MaGee appeals from a jury conviction for felony theft and in his four grounds of error alleges: (1) the evidence was insufficient to establish the value of the stolen property; (2) the trial court erroneously instructed the jury that value can be determined by replacement cost; (3) the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on a lesser-included offense; and (4) the trial court erred in denying his motion...
