HARBISON, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of murder in the perpetration of an armed robbery and sentenced to death by electrocution. His counsel have presented seventeen issues on appeal. After careful consideration of the record and the briefs, we find no merit in sixteen of these, but because of an incomplete record we are unable to determine whether the remaining issue has merit or not.
