Plaintiffs in this case move pursuant to Rule 56.1 for judgment upon the agency record, challenging the final determination of the United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (ITA) in its antidumping investigation, Carbon Steel Wire Rod from Trinidad and Tobago, 48 Fed.Reg. 43,206 (Sept. 22, 1983).
