This appeal in a divorce case comes from a decision of the Faulkner County Chancery Court in which the appellant, Chris Camp, was denied any claim to the value of improvements made during the marriage to real property acquired by the appellee, Teresa Baker Camp, prior to the marriage. The chancellor denied the appellant's claim to one-half the value of the improvements, but did not specify whether he found the improvements to be marital or separate...
