GEORGE ROSE SMITH, Justice.

This is a pro se petition by the appellant, an inmate in the Department of Correction, for a judgment declaring that the Department has erroneously calculated the earliest date on which the appellant will be eligible for parole. The appellee is the Director of the Department. The trial court agreed with the Department. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Rule 29(1)(c). We affirm.
