HALL, Chief Judge.

The Housing Authority of the Town of Lake Providence, plaintiff, filed a rule to show cause why a judgment of eviction should not be entered against tenants-defendants, Valerie Allen and A.C. Allen. After a hearing, the district court entered a judgment of eviction. The Allens suspensively appealed the eviction judgment. For the reasons expressed in this opinion, we reverse and render judgment dismissing the eviction suit.
