PER CURIAM:

Respondent Ivan Insley (Insley), a stage technician employed by appellant MGM Grand Hotel-Reno, Inc. (MGM), was injured while at work on March 16, 1984. He notified his supervisor and was taken to Washoe Medical emergency room. He was released with instructions to remain off work for three days and to schedule an appointment with a private physician.
