Plaintiff Timothy Bushong brought this action against defendant Marathon Electric Manufacturing Corporation for personal injuries allegedly sustained by plaintiff as a result of a collision involving a Mustang operated by plaintiff and a tractor trailer unit operated by defendant's employee, Orval Barks.
