This case involves an appeal from the Garland County Circuit Court. Appellant, James Brent Gullett, appeals his conviction for violation of the Omnibus DWI Act, Ark.Stat.Ann. §§ 75-1031.1, 75-1045, 75-2501 et seq. (Supp.1985). We affirm.
