This is an appeal from an interpleader action filed by Royal Insurance Company (Royal), Cynthia K. Hayde, and J.H.N. Enterprises. Royal insured a vehicle driven by Hayde, who apparently was responsible for a collision with a vehicle driven by William Womach.
