In this action arising out of a motor vehicle collision, plaintiffs Doyle Harriman and his wife, Cindy Harriman, appeal the summary judgment entered by the Superior Court (Waldo County) in favor of defendant Harlan M. Maddocks. Finding, contrary to the Superior Court's conclusion, that the case involves one or more genuine issues of material fact, we vacate that summary judgment.
