HILL, Justice.

This case asks us to review the constitutionality of involuntary treatment orders of indeterminate duration issued pursuant to 18 V.S.A. § 7621(c). The district court ruled that such orders, absent provision for state-initiated periodic review, violated the due process rights of persons subject thereto. The State appealed. We affirm.
