PREGERSON, Circuit Judge:

Bernard S., a juvenile, appeals from his conviction of assault resulting in serious bodily injury. He asserts that the district court erred in: (1) finding that he waived his Miranda rights before making inculpatory statements to an FBI agent; and (2) admitting into evidence medical records indicating the extent of the victim's injuries. We affirm.
