This consolidated appeal concerns the claims of certain investors in Golden Plan of California, Inc. ("Golden Plan"), a now bankrupt loan brokerage company. The Bear investors challenge, inter alia, the district court's determination of their rights to a promissory note and trust deed assigned to them by Golden Plan. The Fox investors challenge the imposition upon them of costs and expenses under Bankruptcy...
