This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Appellants, John B. Donaldson, Carolyn S. Donaldson, The Original and Only Texan Aircraft, Inc. and the Texas Branch of Global Harvesters Foundation, Inc. (Donaldson) brought suit against Lake Vista Community Improvement Association, Lake Vista Airport Corporation, Merle Cox, John Moore, Ed Bertram, Wright Price, Ernie Orsak and Ed Mankowski for intentional and malicious interference...
